How pricing works
- Per interview. Your quote is based on the number of interviews in your study, not on tokens.
- No per-seat fees. We don’t charge for each person on your team.
- A paid pilot, not a free trial. There’s no free trial. You can start with a paid pilot study.
- One-off studies. You can buy a single study, quoted on its number of interviews.
What you can do in a study
- Interviews: AI-moderated voice, video and chat interviews with real participants in 40+ languages, with follow-up questions as people answer
- Analysis: themes, sentiment, quotes and highlight reels as interviews come in
- Research Assistant: answers questions across a study with counts of people and their exact words, so every finding can be traced back to the conversation it came from
- Your own interviews: upload recordings or transcripts of interviews your team ran and analyse them in the same study
- Exports: your results can be exported
- Your data: stored in Frankfurt (EU), processed by our AI and transcription providers to run your study, and never used to train AI models
If you need more help
- Participants. We can recruit them for you, ourselves or through our recruiting partners, who check people for fraud and bots.
- A study run for you. Convo’s research team can design, run and synthesise a study end to end.
